Coming to the end of a chapter

We are coming to the end of our time as a family of 3! It doesn't seem that long ago, when we were bringing Anabelle home with us. I am now 35 weeks pregnant, and getting ready for this precious little one to arrive. Our little Anabelle is starting to grow up and is such a BIG girl these days.
We made the transition to a toddler bed on her birthday. She was very excited. Sorry about the nakedness in this picture. She does not like wearing clothes! :) I don't understand.

She turned two this year, and she let us know it. She is such a blessing and we couldn't be prouder of the sweet little girl she has become. We had a fun little party with some friends and her cousins.

Then later that night, we went to a trunk or treat at Nana and PapaD's church. She really liked just playing on the playground outside with all the kids.

Christmas was a blast this year. She really got into it, and loved the idea of Santa Claus. She really really wanted him to come to our house and hold her. :) That's her new thing. Everyone that comes over can hold her. Or at least, that is what she tells us. "And they will hold me, mama?" is what she says. SO sweet. She loves to be in someone's arms.

We were so glad that Nana, PapaD, and Aunt Ashlee came and spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day with us. It was so much fun, and Anabelle was so excited they came to see her presents!!

We have started the potty training process. She went to a big girl bed on her birthday, and now we are attempting this transition. So far, it's a little slow going. I hear about these moms who are able to do it in a day. Well, NOT this mom. :) We will get there, hopefully sooner than later, but she is just so so interested in it. Bribes with candy help. :)

We had our first snow this year already. Its been crazy weather, and it snowed!! Couldn't believe it. I was very skeptical, but it came, and came hard. As you can tell, Anabelle LOVED it.
She was very good at sliding on her own too. That was her favorite, I think. I only got her to come inside with the promise of hot chocolate, and snow cream. She loved eating the snow.

She also loves her daddy very much. They are big buds these days. She wakes up almost everyday asking about him, and where he went. She was so glad he was home to play in the snow with us. She couldn't believe she woke up to him still there and snow on the ground.

Well, I will end this with a couple more pictures. Just as a comparison from last pregnancy to this one. I didn't do as well last time taking preggy pictures, but I will show the latest I have in both pregnancies. Hopefully soon we will meet our little girl, and cannot wait for her arrival, and for her to have a name. :) Nope, still no name.

This is me with Anabelle at about 30-31 weeks along. This is the last picture I have of myself pregnant. She came about 7-8 weeks later.
This is me at 34 weeks with this little bundle. Who knows when she'll get here, but if she comes like Anabelle did, we only have a few weeks left.

And here is our precious Anabelle on the day we brought her home from the hospital. LOVE LOVE LOVE this little girl more than life itself. Cannot wait for what's in store in this next chapter of life.
