April

Wow. April is already over. So much has happened, and our little Anabelle is growing up so much!! April started out so beautifully. PERFECT Easter weather, lovely afternoons, and good outside playtimes with all the cousins. She has fallen in love with being outside and with her cousin Elisha. Elisha is 2 1/2 years old and Anabelle thinks that he is the best. She wakes up most mornings asking about "Sisha." She is such a funny little girl.


She loves to eat, and can make quite a mess while enjoying her food. :)


She can be all smiles one minute and then so serious the next. Still as sweet as can be, though!

She LOVES strawberries. She and her Aunt Emily enjoyed them outside one afternoon and Emily took these pics of her while I was at work.

I left her home with her daddy one night, and she was very happy about that. She LOVES her daddy so much. He took the above picture that night.

We had our first Easter that Anabelle was active and very excited about candy. She LOVED her basket and getting all her goodies.

This is the best we could get in her Easter dress. She did NOT want to pose, nor did she want to stand still for any amount of time. There were chickens running loose in the yard and she wanted them.

Nana and Papa D came to visit the Saturday before Easter and brought bubbles. She really enjoyed being outside and chasing the bubbles.

They also brought Easter eggs to hunt. Notice the face. She has set her sites on one, and she's getting after it. :) We had so much fun and were so excited that Nana, Papa D, and Ash came to visit. :)
